About us

The River is made up of people just like you who are seeking a spirituality that transforms our lives and makes an impact in our local community.

To do that, we worship God in a uniquely personal way that heals the spirit and brings people together in a loving community of faith. We offer classes that help people with their Mind, Body and Spirit Wellness. Our ministries include Children's Programs, service projects in our community, and groups called Clusters. Clusters connect people with common needs and interests in extended family kinds of relationships, people with whom you can share your journey in a way that fits who God made you to be.

Worship is the best way to begin your journey with The River. Worship is Sunday mornings at 10:30 a.m. at 501 South Main Street, Suite 101, Alpharetta, 30004, in the Northfall Professional Park in the first building on the left. Here is The River's long range plan. These may seem far off, but past experience tells us this is a realistic timetable for growth.

2013: Purchase the property at Freemanville & Providence from our national church office. Click here for an aerial photo of the land.

2015: Start the process of building on the property

2016: Open the building

2017: Give birth to a new church
